New apartment at an affordable price – with a down payment from just € 7,750!

Did you know that you may only need savings of less than € 10,000 to buy a brand-new, fully equipped apartment in one of Pillar’s new projects?

Very often, the decision to buy a home in a new project is postponed due to insufficient savings – both for the initial down payment and to cover the costs of furnishing the new home, which can often amount to tens of thousands of Euros.

An accessible solution for purchasing your own home

With the market's needs in mind, Pillar has prepared an offer that allows many young families to purchase a new home in a modern project without requiring significant funds for the down payment or furnishings. Here is a comparison of the savings needed to buy and furnish a three-room apartment in a new project in Riga, versus the cost if the apartment is purchased in a Pillar project:

Comparing the two examples, it is clear that buying a fully furnished apartment in a Pillar project requires three times less savings, and you can move in immediately after receiving the keys. All built-in elements are already installed – there is no need to wait 2–3 months for measurements, design, production, and installation of the furnishings.

Why are Pillar projects better than others?

  • Minimal down payment – with Altum guarantee only 5% of the apartment price, without Altum – 10%;
