All apartments come with full interior finish. Each apartment features a private utility room (2.1–4.7 m²) and a balcony or terrace (4.7–5.6 m²).

The ground floor terraces are fenced, offering a sense of private home living. The project includes sustainable and durable solutions for high-quality air exchange – each apartment is equipped with an individual ventilation system with heat recovery. Air conditioning units can also be installed individually in the apartments.
